When I had to call, I was dreading entire insurance process, but Chad was so nice and thorough. We talked at length about what I needed and what my goal was. I had a bad experience with a broker somewhere else, and Chad had made me feel that my heart was lifted after that call. I feel anyone who gets him as a broker will be satisfied and he truly listened to me. Other companies come across as fast, but Chad is there to help people. The entire process didn’t take too long and was smooth with little paperwork. I am overall very happy because he got me more than what I had previously.
